Hi, I'm Patrick.

Neurodiversity coaching for adults
You may be doing well on the outside while everyday life takes more effort than other people realise. Planning, prioritising, managing time, starting tasks, completing projects or keeping up with everyday responsibilities can all become difficult when your brain does not respond consistently to conventional systems.
After my last experience of burnout, I knew something had to change. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, after years of trying to understand why I could manage some things well while other things felt unnecessarily difficult despite my best efforts.
I am currently training as a neurodiversity coach. I combine professional learning with lived experience to offer practical, thoughtful and individual support for adults who want to understand themselves better and find ways of working and living that are more sustainable.
Together, we can explore the patterns that are getting in your way and develop strategies suited to your circumstances, responsibilities and priorities. This might include managing time and energy, creating realistic routines, reducing overwhelm, improving follow-through or finding systems that you can actually maintain.
There are no quick fixes and no one-size-fits-all solutions. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on understanding what works for you and making meaningful changes in everyday life.
The goal is not to make you more like everyone else. It is to help you use your strengths, work with your brain and create a life that is more manageable and sustainable.
